That can cost in the ballpark of 60-70 (or more, depending on how large the pin is, possibly the level of detail, etc). They came out exactly on point with my design (I posted pics a few days ago here, the corgi cake pins) and I haven't found any defects in my batch of about 200 (I had 4 designs). This was my first time making enamel pins, so I was initially apprehensive with how they would turn out, but honestly they came out fantastic. But if you're not on any sort of time crunch it's not an issue. The only small issue is that they are in China, which for me was about 13 hours ahead, so unless you are a night owl the initial communication may be a little slow.

I sent them my designs and the quantity I was looking for a quote, and if you want to go forward they will do an official mock up from one of their artist for you to approve (there's not an additional charge for that). There is a mold fee, but they do keep the molds on hand for 3 years, so if you need to order additional stock within that time, you won't need to pay the mold fee again (I paid about $56 for each mold).
